The Journey: A Canada Goose Experience
Canada Goose aimed to create a retail experience like no other. Utterly free of inventory, its goal was to immerse guests into the feeling of being surrounded by nature. We designed the store into four unique areas, all with unique activations that make guests feel as if there stepping further and further into the wild.
Vision planning, content production, and even developing buzz marketing collateral, “The Journey, A Canada Goose Experience,” generated a swell of activity during its launch and offers a unique glimpse into the future of retail.

Experience Planning
We designed each phase of the experience to engage the audience’s different senses in unique ways. From the ice-cracking crevasse to the feel of the interactive parkas, to the physical temperature of the cold room, each moment stepping you further into nature.
-
Buzz Generation
In addition to the in-store narrative, we created a 360° launch campaign to bring the store into the public consciousness. From social posting, influencer-driven events, and digital OOH we created a swell of activity surrounding the stores opening.

Production & Execution
To capture all the content we did a two weeks excursion throughout British Columbia, CA. A small team of us scoured remote locations on Vancouver Island and flew up and around Whistler landing on nearby hidden glaciers and atop mountainous peaks surrounding the area.
