Hi, I’m Jason Esser, a designer from Chicago. I’ve spent the last 12 years at Digital Kitchen serving a multitude of roles, most recently as Creative Director and Resource Manager.

I’ve always loved being creative. Often bouncing around between numerous outlets; animation, filmmaking, design, physical spaces, architecture, interactive experiences, and entertainment. I love conceptual ideation, finding the big idea and then explaining it in one sentence. Discovering new mediums for storytelling, and strategizing over where best to share them. I believe makers make the best thinkers, and that common values, compelling stories, and communal experiences can make people feel like they belong.

I’ve had the pleasure of working on some amazing teams, and have built relationships with great clients such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium Group, The Venetian Resort of Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Canada Goose, Nike, McDonalds, and many more. I am currently open to new opportunities and would love to chat.
